HEIstorical Project Presented by Keynote Speaker at International Conference in Bitlis

The HEIstorical project was prominently featured at the 1st International Conference on Smart Systems, Design and Energy 2025, held on November 28, 2025 in Bitlis, Türkiye.

The conference, jointly organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Bitlis Eren University, brought together researchers and professionals to explore advancements in smart systems, sustainable design, and energy solutions.


Keynote Speech and Project Presentation

Prof. Dr. Ercan Işık, a representative of Bitlis Eren University and partner within the HEIstorical project consortium, was invited to participate in the conference as a Keynote Speaker.

During his keynote presentation entitled:

“Erasmus+ Project Introduction: Strengthening Green and Digital Capacities in Higher Education through Collaboration in Integrating Historical Buildings into a Sustainable and Digital Future”
